The Performance Dashboard is a powerful tool that offers at-a-glance data and allows you to download reports and visual graphics of all your programs.
The Performance Dashboard uses local time for filtering and display of data by request date.
To access the performance dashboard:
- Log in to MySheerID as a user with the Reporting permission
- Click on Reporting in the left nav

Filtering the Data
You can easily filter the dashboard by clicking in the fields along the top. Options available are any combination of:
- Date range
- Program Name
- Eligibility
- Country
- Segment aka Community
When filtering by years on the performance dashboard, the start date will be the beginning of that calendar year, rather than 365 days from the current date. To extract data that encompasses January 1 of a previous year, set the date filter to "months" and utilize 12 month increments.
