Program Pulse Report

  • Updated

The Program Pulse Report is a powerful tool that offers at-a-glance data and allows you to download reports and visual graphics of all your programs.

The initial run of the report reflects real-time data, then the data set is stored so it can be pre-loaded for accelerated reporting, allowing for instant dashboard visualization without waiting for a full database query. The Program Pulse Report can be refreshed every 5 minutes, all other standard reports refresh every hour, and custom dashboards may have up to a 6-hour delay. Making any changes to the dashboard, such as adjusting a filter, will also generate fresh real-time results.

All data represented in the report are based in UTC time.

To access the Program Pulse Report dashboard:

  1. Log in to MySheerID as a user with the Reporting permission
  2. Click on the Reporting tab
  3. Open the menu next to Program Performance Dashboard
  4. Select Program Pulse Report from the list

Find additional reports, including demo dashboards, in the dropdown on the upper left. See our reporting glossary for an explanation of terms used in downloadable reports.

Filtering the Data

You can easily filter the dashboard by clicking in the fields along the top. Options available are any combination of:

  • Date range
  • Program Name
  • Eligibility
  • Country
  • Segment aka Community
When filtering by years on the report, the start date will be the beginning of that calendar year, rather than 365 days from the current date. To extract data that encompasses January 1 of a previous year, set the date filter to "months" and utilize 12 month increments.
