This dashboard shows how many verifications you use for your audience. It does not count test verifications. The data updates every six hours.
SheerID turns on this dashboard for every account by default. You only see data for the account you are using. You must have reporter permissions to view or download these reports in MySheerID. If you have more than one account, you can switch between them to see different boards.
How to access the dashboard
- Log in to your MySheerID account
- Click on the Reporting tab
- Open the menu next to Performance Dashboard
- Select Bundle Tracking Dashboard from the list
Dashboard sections
Contracts quick look
This section shows your active contracts. You can see the start dates, how long the contracts last, and when they end.
Bundle usage
This section shows the total number of verifications for all programs. If your contract uses annual tracking, you will only see data for the current year.
Bundle breakdown by program
This section shows how many verifications each program uses. This helps you see which programs are the most popular.
Glossary
| Bundle amount | The total number of verifications defined in your contract |
| Annual bundle tracking | A setting that splits your total bundle amount across each year of the contract |
| Contract name | The title of your active contract(s) |
| Contract start date | The date the contract begins |
| Contract end date | The date the contract ends |
| Years | The total number of years in your contract |
| Verifications used | The number of verifications used during the current time |
| Verifications left | The number of verifications remaining in your bundle before you reach the limit |
| Bundle usage | The percentage of your bundle you have used to date |
| Days until renewal | The number of days until your contract ends |
| Program | The name of your active program |
| Total verifications | The total number of verifications for a specific program |
| Daily rate | The average number of verifications used each day since the contract started |
| Percent of bundle | The part of your total bundle that one program uses |

| Bundle Usage | (Billable verifications / Bundle amount) x 100 |
| Daily Rate | Billable verifications / Days used |
| Days Until Renewal | Contract end date minus the current date |
| Verifications Left | Bundle amount minus verifications used |
| Percent of Bundle | (Program verifications / Bundle amount) x 100 |
