When can you expect your implementation kickoff call?
Your kickoff call will be scheduled one week after contract signature and scope approval by your dedicated account executive. This call will be scheduled for an hour, with an expectation to present for about 45 minutes and time remaining for Q&A.

We recognize that some of these roles may overlap, but please be prepared to bring the following team members to your kickoff:
- Project Manager
