Who from your company should be involved?
To ensure you develop a solid program, have a smooth launch, and see long-term success, we recommend that your team include the following roles, understanding that some of these may overlap:
- Executive Sponsor
- Product Owner

Who will be on your SheerID team?
SheerID will support your implementation with experienced subject matter experts who will assist you from kickoff all the way through launch, at which point our post-launch team will then step in to provide continued guidance and support. Our team will include:
- Account Executive - trusted representative from the sales cycle
- Project Manager - primary contact for your team, will support your team from kickoff to launch
- Engineer - serves as a technical resource throughout the implementation
- Customer Success Manager - helps you optimize and realize the full value of your SheerID program
- Marketing Strategist - works alongside your CSM to develop data-driven marketing plans that align with your business goals
How long will the implementation take?
The implementation timeline will depend on your implementation type, number of programs, targeted audiences, and the availability of your implementation resources. All of these factors can impact deliverables, due dates, and milestones. At a minimum, an implementation will need 2 weeks between kickoff and launch. Our average timelines are:
- Standard Coupon Code Solution: 2 to 4 weeks
- Standard Account-Linking Solution: 4 to 6 weeks
- Hybrid or API Implementation: 10 to 14 weeks
There may be additional configurations included in your scope of work (e.g., additional languages, Auth0 SSO, or program customizations) that may impact the standard timeline above; your project manager will address these during your kickoff call.

How will SheerID support your launch?
Streamlined implementation
The implementation process begins with a kickoff meeting where stakeholders align on project goals, timelines, and responsibilities. SheerID then develops and shares a detailed project plan that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
As we execute the plan together, we'll have regular check-ins to ensure we keep the project on track and promptly address any challenges that arise. The process culminates on the launch date, when your customers can access the form to verify their eligibility for your offer.
Marketing Strategy sessions
Following the kickoff meeting, we will coordinate a series of strategy sessions with your marketing team to review your KPIs and design a launch plan that will set your program up for success. SheerID audience marketing experts can advise you on everything from community psychographics and channel preferences, to messaging and timing. We'll share best practices for marketing your offers, as well as SheerID customer examples and a helpful marketing checklist.
Customer Success
Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will help you navigate any post-launch challenges, optimize your program usage, and ensure your ROI. They'll continue to support you as your customers engage with your offers, and use program health metrics to help drive your ongoing success.
