Moving forward, SheerID will utilize Stripe for all billing including Shopify. As part of this transition, any remaining verifications from your initial charge to subscribe to the SheerID Shopify app will automatically be transferred over. Additionally, billing will remain at the same per-verification rate charged monthly in arrears.
Migration is easy, just log in to your MySheerID portal and adjust your account settings.
- Log in to your MySheerID account with a user administrator role
- Select the Account Settings in the lower left corner of your SheerID dashboard
- Select Subscribe now
- Enter your payment details
While we move to utilize Stripe for all billing including Shopify, the ability to become a new customer using our pay-as-you-go service has been discontinued. Pay-as-you-go is only supported for current customers going forward.
