Update form and email styling

Update your form styling to match your brand's look and feel, creating a seamless and branded customer experience.

As a best practice, take the following steps to ensure that your verification form reflects your brand's styling:

• Choose a font and add your logo to the top of the form 
• Select the layout and add a background image on your offer landing page
• Update the color scheme to match your brand's primary colors

How to customize basic styling

1. Log in to your MySheerID account
2. Select the program you wish to edit
3. Click on the Customize button in the top right corner of the window
4. Select the Theme tab on the left side of the preview window

In this menu, there are three collapsible drop-downs: Brand, Landing Page, and Verification Flow. Each of these sections will affect both your verification forms and emails, and any updates you make will be shown in real-time in the center preview window.

Use the Flow tab to edit content of consumer-facing emails.

Brand

The Brand section is where you will upload your company logo and select one of five web-friendly fonts: Roboto, Lato, Maven Pro, Open Sans, or Quattrocento Sans.

Logo Files

The logo file is auto-scaled to fit on the top of the verification form. To upload your logo, click the Upload button on the Logo box. Recommended logo size is 210px by 70px, 1MB or less in size. Accepted file types are ,png, .jpg, or .gif. You can delete the logo and upload a new one at any time.

Landing Page

Clicking the landing page drop-down will provide you with options to customize your layout, add a background image, and change the background and font colors.

Layout

You have the option to select one of three layout options for landing pages: Centered, right justified, and full page.

Background Image

To upload your background image, click on the Upload button and select a .png, .jpg, or .gif image that is 2000px X 800px, and 2MB or less. Read more about creating a streamlined landing page, including best practices, here.

Colors

Select a Background Color and Primary Font Color that matches your brand's primary colors.

Verification Flow

Under this section, you will be able to edit various colors in your email fonts. By clicking on the colored squares, you can utilize the color picker or enter a HEX value to ensure your brand's color scheme remains consistent.

Be sure to Save your changes once you are satisfied with your styling updates.
