This update streamlines setup and increases flexibility:
- Smarter Setup Flow: A guided process for configuring who gets the offer, how it's delivered, and how it's protected.
- Flexible Reward Delivery: Choose exactly how you deliver your offers, including coupons, account tagging, requiring login, or any combination.
- Enhanced Identification: Gate offers using externalUserId instead of metadata for better control and enables verification retrieval via a new API.
- Improved Usability: Enjoy a more seamless and better-guided experience across the entire program setup.
Enhanced Analytics: Traffic and Sessions Insights Dashboard
We've launched the Traffic & Insights dashboard to help you measure the performance of your marketing campaigns and optimize your SheerID-hosted programs.
The new dashboard uses Google Analytics data to provide a detailed overview of traffic interacting with your SheerID program forms. Understanding these metrics is key to maximizing conversion.
Key Insights Provided:
- Engagement Metrics: Track median session duration to see how long visitors engage with the form and identify drop-off points.
- Traffic Sources: Determine which marketing channels and content successfully drive traffic and conversions.
- Visitor Details: View data on form views, geolocation, device, and browser type.

We've added new search tips to the Add School Request (ASR) step to help consumers quickly find their school.
