Consumer Verification: Improved Support with Additional Verification Data

We've enhanced our consumer support process by integrating more verification data directly into Zendesk tickets. Now, when a consumer submits a support form with a verification ID, our team will automatically receive key details like rejection descriptions, SPL rejection status, verification status, and document review reject reasons. This richer data enables our Verification Services (VS) team to automate more responses, leading to faster resolutions and a better experience for consumers.
