Consumer Verification: Email Templates Updated for Clarity
We have updated our email templates (failure, success, max attempt, reminder) to provide clearer information and next steps. This aims to reduce consumer confusion and support inquiries.
Programs created after June 11, 2024, will automatically use these. Older programs will be updated case-by-case.
New Products: Affinity Beta v2 with Expanded Support for Account Linking
We've released our Affinity Beta v2, expanding support to include programs using Account Linking. This updates also offers limited support for API-integrated customers who use SheerID-hosted success pages and standard emails.
This beta is open to standard or standard+ implementations, requires a 6-8 week manual setup, includes basic analytics, and supports student and military audiences across all geographies, in English only.
We want to validate key use cases, improve timelines, and extend value to more of our customers.
