Data Improvement: Verify Additional Government Assistance Programs

Following the conclusion of the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), we have expanded our Low-Income offerings to include additional U.S. government assistance programs. These programs include Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans and Survivors Pension benefits, Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal Head Start, the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations, the School Breakfast Program, and the Federal Pell Grant. This expansion allows telecommunications companies to continue supporting consumers who receive government assistance. These additional programs can be configured at the program level for telecom or other clients.

Instant Verification: Driver’s License

We have made significant enhancements to our Driver’s License verification product, providing additional instant coverage through our authoritative data source, AAMVA. For example, we now are able to execute “fuzzy matching” to better match names consumers input to what is recorded in the data source.

Consumer Verification: Spanish Employee Programs

Employee verification programs are now available in Spanish (es), expanding our language support.

Consumer Verification: Help Center Updates

We've updated the Help Center to include sections on acceptable and unacceptable documents for verification, tailored for all student, teacher, and military locales and segments where applicable.

Some updates may not apply to every program. Contact your CSM if you have questions about how these updates apply to your specific programs.
