Platform Improvements: Find Recent Requests Faster in the Customer Service Search Tool
What's New: We've updated the default sorting behavior in the Customer Service Search Tool to save you time and eliminate unnecessary clicks.
- Smart Default Sorting: Search results are now automatically displayed by most recently submitted.
- Fewer Clicks: You no longer need to manually toggle "Submitted" timestamp. The exact request you are looking for will now live right at the top of your page by default.
