Self-Service SSO in MySheerID

  • Updated

Self-service SSO (Single Sign-On) is now available by request in MySheerID as part of our Auth0 enhancements. When reaching out to Product Support to have this enabled on your account, be sure to provide your Account ID. Once configured, SSO can be managed within your account to allow team members to use your company credentials to login to MySheerID.

Only users with the Account Owner role will be able to see the Single Sign-On toggle for this feature.

Self-service SSO will be on by default for all existing SSO customers (set up by Professional Services during implementation) for self-management of configurations and certificates.

Set up Self-Service SSO

  1. Login to your MySheerID account with an Admin role
  2. Open the account menu located in the bottom left corder and select Account Settings
